What Is The Process of PM Uday Registration?

An online registration portal DDA PM UDAY has already been launched by the DDA (Delhi Development Authority) for the Registration of the properties like Floors / Flats / Vacant Plots & Houses who are eligible for the Free-Hold/Registry under the DDA PM UDAY Scheme, In 1731 Unauthorized Colonies selected / Nominated by the DDA in Delhi. Properties constructed on Private or Govt. Land,  before 01-01-2015 are eligible to obtain the ownership rights into this DDA PM UDAY Scheme, One needs to follow the PM-UDAY registration process and get the GIS Survey done of the property and then upload the required documents as per the DDA PM UDAY Scheme once the application approved by the authority, One will get the Convince Deed (Properties Govt. Land) / Authorization Slip (Properties Private Land) by paying a nominal after the rebate under  the DDA PM UDAY Scheme.

One must provide/upload scanned documents on the DDA PM UDAY portal. 

 

List Of Documents Required To Register Under PM-UDAY Yojana

  1. General Power of Attorney (GPA)
  2. Agreement to Sell (ATS)
  3. Affidavit
  4. Possession document
  5. Payment document
  6. Will Document By the Last Owner
  7. Property Chain in Serial Order (before the Last Owner)
  8. Latest ownership document
  9. Electricity bill (Energization/Connection Date must be before 01-0-1-2015 as Construction Proof before 01-01-2015)
  10. Any other ownership document, if necessary
  11. Property tax mutation document, if any

Step 1: Register Your Property Online On DDA PM UDAY Portal

What Is The Process of PM Uday Registration?​

Open PM-UDAY portal and then click on ‘REGISTRATION’ button for PM UDAY Registration form. Fill all the necessary/required details, including the owner details, Property Details along with the Colony Name & Colony Registration Number, communication address, email address, and mobile number for OTP based Verification of the applicant and application. After registering, an acknowledgement receipt will be shown and carefully note down/Copy the unique registration number provided by the portal and details/List of the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Agencies empanelled under the PM-UDAY Scheme with DDA will be given in the list with contact number for the GIS Survey of the property.

Step 2: Contact The GIS Survey Agency

The Geo-Coordinates & GIS MAP of the property should be updated by any of the GIS Survey Agencies you have contacted or selected which are empanelled with DDA for PM UDAY Scheme to do the GIS Survey of the properties. The GIS Survey Agency Representative would then visit the property and he will do the digital measurement of the property to fix the Geo-Coordinates accurately and upload them to the DDA PM UDAY portal with GIS MAP. After completing the process, you will receive a unique ‘GIS ID‘ on your registered Email ID and Mobile Number.
